He has helped moe than 2000 members, in India and Off-shore, reach their fitness goals with his nutrition consulting and and monitoring program.
His degree enabled him to amass vast scientific knowledge which he incorporates in his fitness programs. He is on a mission to remove the gap between sedentary lifestyle & natural lifestyle.
His expertise lies in changing behaviour and transforming lifestyle to reach the fitness goals.
